We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours in advance.

Our therapists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, three people are affected:

  1. You – as you will not receive the benefit of your missed session.
  2. Your therapist – as they are losing out on income at that time.
  3. Another patient – as they could have been booked in at your timeslot.

We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour notice of any cancellations and/or change of appointments. Otherwise, there will be a fee of $25 (for a first-time offense) and $50 (for any further no-show/late cancellations).

*Please note: No-show/late cancellation fees can NOT be charged to your insurance company and is treated as an out-of-pocket expense.
