Tara Coombs, RMT, Owner
Tara owns and operates Aurora Massage & Chiropractic Wellness Centre. Tara graduated with honours from Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2004 and has enjoyed being a Registered Massage Therapist for over 18 years. She uses an integration of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and, Trigger Point Therapy in her practice. Tara’s massage sessions are tailored to the clients’ individual needs with intention to promote ongoing health and wellness.
She believes that massage has something to offer everyone whether it is for the treatment of injury, preventative care or general relaxation.
Ana Pascal, RMT
Ana Pascal graduated with honours from Everest College and is registered under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Ana had gain practical experience treating various conditions in the student clinic, along with athletes at various sporting outreaches, the MS Walk. Ana is trained in Swedish Massage and incorporates various techniques such as Manual Lymph Drainage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, as well as Hydrotherapy modalities. She has experience treating chronic and acute conditions such as stress, tension headaches /migraines, strains, sprains, edema, over-use syndromes, fibromyalgia, and much more. Ana believes massage therapy to be an effective and essential part of preventative and continuing health care. She is thrilled to contribute in such an integrative environment as Aurora Massage and Chiropractic Wellness Center.

Natalia Chafonskaia, RMT
Natalia graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Natalia specialize in General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release. She has been focusing her practice on therapeutic massage and rehabilitation massage for chronic pain, stretching and strengthening exercises. She treats different conditions such as whiplash, sprain/strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, Bell’s palsy, tendinitis/tendinosis, headaches. Natalia has always and continues to take pride in helping her clients live the best life they can. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys various activities, such as hockey, biking, hiking, swimming and Yoga! Natalia is a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.

Yang Zhang R. AC, R. TCMP, RMT
Yang is a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. He has a lot of passion in his career and is very enthusiastic about helping clients with a wide range of chief complaints and conditions. To better fulfill the needs of his clients, Yang goes to seminars and courses in his field every year, because he always wants to be a better therapist from the previous year, so that he is better equipped to help more people with a wider range of conditions. After nearly 20 years of experience in his profession, Yang is still learning and is always aiming to provide his clients with the best results possible.

Rebecca Greco BSc.PT, CAFCI, MCPA
Rebecca Greco received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Langston University Health Sciences in Langston, Oklahoma.
Rebecca has over 18 years of clinical practice and has practiced for the past 16 years in Canada specializing in primarily orthopaedic and sports injuries.
She currently owns and operates her own private practice OrthoSport Physical Therapy (located in Aurora Massage and Chiropractic Wellness Center) and continues to treat all populations, from week-end warrior, to high-level competitive athletes at the provincial and national levels. She enjoys assisting them in reaching optimal performance no matter what their goals may entail.
She has taken numerous post-graduate courses at the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI) in manual therapy, upper/lower extremity, and spinal rehabilitation chronic pain, sport-specific training, and taping, bracing, chronic pain. Spinal care including McKenzie trained techniques and personalized core stabilization programs to help with and to prevent lumbar spine pain. Rebecca is STOTT PILATES® Rehab trained and incorporates core training into her treatments, as this is essential for maximal recovery. She is certified in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation Canadian Institute (CAFCI). She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and member of Canadian Orthopedic Division. She enjoys staying abreast of current, relevant research and attends continuing education courses on an annual basis. Rebecca focuses on and is her passion to provide knowledge and education to empower her patients to see them through in reaching their functional and fitness goals. Her passion is not to only treat injuries but to provide education in prevention of injury as this is a core component of recovery. Her motto; “helping bodies heal themselves”.

It also drives me to inspire others on their fitness journey. I love sharing my knowledge; my goal is to be the GPS to help my patients to stay on the right path. Fitness is about functionality and independence, it empowers everyone to live a Healthy, Active and Happy lifestyle.
Exercise is not age dependent, it’s mind dependent which means that at any age or fitness level anyone can respond positively to exercise and nutrition and gain benefits. My focus is to educate the patient with functional movements, help them strength train and encourage my patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Part of my education is to strategize the right exercise program, implement a plan and assist my patients with an effective recovery allowing them to resume work or leisure activities.
MY GOAL is to help patients with purpose and gain the freedom to enjoy all life has to offer.
A little bit about my fitness journey, I have over 30 years of fitness training and commitment. Evolving with time, nutrition and wellness education. I’m a Fitness Instructor Specialist with CanFiT Pro with certificates in Active Aging Mindful Movement, Core Strength Anatomy, Eat Clean for Wellness, Fitness for Beginners, Merrithew Total Barre Instructor Foundations – Level 1, Stott Pilates Bodyweight Training and Stott Pilates Matwork Strength and Mobility.

Irena Bergmann N.D.
Dr. Irena Bergmann, ND graduated with an honours degree in Biology and Psychology from York University. She then continued her education in Naturopathic Medicine where she received her diploma from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2002. Irena Bergmann is currently registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Dr. Irena Bergmann, ND has been in private practice since 2003 working with multi-disciplinary wellness practitioners.
Since graduating, Irena has been a faculty member at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition teaching the health sciences. While in school and after graduating CCNM, Irena worked for a large neutraceutical company for over 10 years, most recently as a medical advisor. Aside from her days at Aurora Massage & Chiropractic Wellness Center, Irena also works in Toronto at First Steps Fertility clinic supporting women with their fertility journey.
Irena is co-founder of the BRB CE Group. She organizes annual seminars for hundreds of Naturopathic Doctors to acquire their necessary Continuing Education requirements.
Irena has taken many courses to keep her education updated. These include CPR, advanced homeopathic training in Biotherapeutic drainage, and is trained and certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture since 2005. Since becoming a mother Irena has taken a special interest in fertility, and Women’s health. She takes a lot of pride in supporting women through their journey and supporting all aspects of health during this time.

Dr. Sahar Tabrizi, ND
Dr. Sahar Tabrizi has a special focus in developing plans for busy career-driven women to better manage stress & exhaustion. As a cheerleader for career-focused women, Dr. Tabrizi recognizes the unique challenges they face, juggling responsibilities often at the cost of their own health. It can be really hard for this group of women to learn how to re-prioritize themselves, and fit health into their busy lives.
This is why Dr. Tabrizi makes it her mission to help this demographic unlock their full potential by optimizing their brain & body health. She empowers them to reclaim their vitality and resiliency, allowing them to thrive both personally and professionally.
Some special areas of focus are hormone & nervous system health, burnout/chronic fatigue, weight-loss, stress management & lifestyle coaching.
Dr. Tabrizi believes in teaching women to understand their own bodies, which is why it’s so important for her to develop a collaborative relationship with her patients in which they work together to achieve their goals. In addition to her special focus mentioned above, Dr. Sahar Tabrizi is also well-versed in a variety of concerns including: digestion & gut health, allergies, headaches, diabetes, thyroid health, menstrual disorders & PCOS. She often uses electro stimulation acupuncture as a tool in pain management, and cosmetic acupuncture in anti-aging beauty. Currently she is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, with good standing. She was additionally certified as an international sports nutritionist, personal training specialist, and cosmetic acupuncturist.

Stephanie Bloye, DC
Dr. Stephanie Bloye is a practicing Chiropractor in the province of Ontario. She attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College from 2003-2007. Dr. Bloye has a broad range of training and expertise that includes Chiropractic, Acupuncture, strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation. She has had great success treating many acute and chronic injuries with a treatment style that includes spinal adjusting, soft tissue treatments, and rehabilitation strategies.
She also brings to her practice many years of knowledge and experience as an athlete and coach, particularly in the sport of swimming, water polo, and softball which she has participated in for more than twenty years.
Dr. Youssef (Joe) Fahim, DC
Like many D.C.s, Joe was introduced to chiropractic when he had a health issue which no other health care practitioner was able to treat or diagnose. Instead of seeking to simply cover up his symptoms, his chiropractor searched for the root cause, something that Joe would eventually embody as a philosophy of life as a whole. From then on, he completed his undergraduate in kinesiology and doctorate degree of chiropractic at CMCC.
Joe practices chiropractic with an astute attention to detail, equipped with specific hands-on and movement assessments, measurable and reliable outcome measures, and personalized treatment plans. To hone in on these skills, he received further certification in Functional Range Systems led by state-of-the-art doctors leading the profession forward worldwide.
Joe has a strong emphasis on the prevention of disease with a focus on risk assessment for common morbidities, and on healthy, clinical, and evidence-informed nutrition.
Above all, he approaches each patient with genuine care and whole-heartedness, valuing their humanity and personhood.
Ben Morris, Certified Reflexologist and Reiki Master Practitioner
Ben Morris is certified reflexologist and a Reiki master practitioner. He is an adept energy healer trained in cupping techniques. Ben believes that healing is a holistic process, and that the way to optimal health is preventative treatment and uncovering the root of every problem. Ben specializes in foot reflexology, often incorporating healing and relaxing reiki energy into his treatment. His technique begins with gentle stretches, followed by deep focused pressure on the reflex points, and concludes with a gentle tuina massage to relax the foot after treatment. Ben is currently attending Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine, where he is studying be a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. Outside of his passion for healing, Ben is an avid gardener who spends his summers tending to his veggie and herb gardens. He also enjoys cooking for friends and family, and loves spending time with his partner, Emily, and their bunny, Edgar.
