Fitness is a huge part of my life, it keeps me active, motivated and moving every single day!!

It also drives me to inspire others on their fitness journey. I love sharing my knowledge; my goal is to be the GPS to help my patients to stay on the right path. Fitness is about functionality and independence, it empowers everyone to live a Healthy, Active and Happy lifestyle.

Exercise is not age dependent, it’s mind dependent which means that at any age or fitness level anyone can respond positively to exercise and nutrition and gain benefits. My focus is to educate the patient with functional movements, help them strength train and encourage my patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Part of my education is to strategize the right exercise program, implement a plan and assist my patients with an effective recovery allowing them to resume work or leisure activities.

MY GOAL is to help patients with purpose and gain the freedom to enjoy all life has to offer.
